Services are defined in writing

Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of any result. The scope, price and terms of any engagement, and of any internship, are set out in a written agreement signed by both sides before work begins. Internships are educational in nature.

Nonpartisan, operational work

OCS provides operational and technical support. We do not make decisions for a campaign, and campaign leadership stays in control of what is sent to voters.
